Cold-formed reinforcement with a four-sided fluting profile is used for reinforcing reinforced concrete structures.

Rolled cold-formed, welded, periodic profile for reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures of class B500C is produced by the company “NVA STEEL” according to DSTU EN 10080: 2009.

Cold-formed fittings are used for:

  • production of precast reinforced concrete, replacing rebar from A-I (A240) to A3 (A400) and all low-carbon rebar (bunts and bars)
  • production of welded metal grids of the map type production of bracket-bending products (hinges, anchors, hooks, embedded parts) in monolithic construction
  • and manufacture of reinforced concrete products

Due to its increased strength, cold-formed rebar steel is an economical material that allows you to reduce metal consumption by up to 20% when recalculating rebar for reduced diameters.
